After visiting Greg Rosner with 49 Financial in Charlotte, I’m on vacation at Lake Lure with friends and family to watch the leaves turn🍁 This is year 4 of our annual tradition. It’s something I look forward to starting in September. And, it Made Me Think (MMT) about the importance of traditions personally and professionally.

MMT: What traditions have you created for your life?

• When you have a goal you’re passionate about, it’s WAY easier to jump out of bed and attack the day. I’ll go first: my goal is to positively impact 5MM people through better business.

• Alex from Refundify reminded me of the power of your morning routine. When you win the mind, you win the day!

MMT: How is your morning routine going?

• I shared an extraordinary lunch with Roger Martin in Charlotte. Refreshing approach to business and life 🙏

 I met Roger through his Podcast, ThriveMore. It energized me as I started thinking about Season 2 for my Podcast.

MMT: Podcasting is still the greatest (and cheapest) way to learn, grow, and market your business. What are you doing to leverage this medium as a host, guest, or listener?
