Shitty leaders force false choices.

💥 Right or wrong.
This behavior comes from a place of serious inadequacy.
Effective leaders move beyond their ego to generate novel options. The process creates better choices. From there, you can discern what will produce optimal outcomes.
Leading requires you to put your ego aside. Anything less is irresponsible and exceptionally dangerous.
Do better because better is possible.
