This weekend my daughter competed in the state level 2 gymnastics championships. She blew me away with her performance. I was busting with pride. She earned her best scores all season in the final capstone meet.
When the stage was the biggest and the brightest, she shined brighter than the stage lights.
Yet, to my surprise, she walked out of the gym upset. Here’s what I told her:
